they manage benefits for our company and cannot help and moreover will deliberately mislead you. they will lie and will keep saying one thing or other with out value and make you lose your benefit.

they will provide nothing in writing and will keep saying you to do something. once done they will say I apologize now IRS rules does not allow to make any changes and the money will remain with the administrator. they will make you lose patience that you want to forget that benefit be it medical, dental, fsa anything.

they are incompetent. in this day and age why dont they have written correspondence.
