Very Poor Service
I had the privileged of using this service involuntarily because the company my father retired from chose it and now my mother has to use it to receive reimbursement benefits for health insurance. I have no complaints against the benefit advisors. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but there is a point after you choose a plan that requires you to call back. The call back is a problem...getting through and if you should have a piece of information missing...good luck getting through. The people you get in touch with promise you'll be the next call, but it never happens. Once you have picked a plan and then have a question...you'll never hook up to anyone. I lost two days of work signing up my mother for a medigap plan and I did it on-line. Shame on IFF.

Verified ReviewerWorst company ever-
they manage benefits for our company and cannot help and moreover will deliberately mislead you. they will lie and will keep saying one thing or other with out value and make you lose your benefit. they will provide nothing in writing and will keep saying you to do something. once done they will say I apologize now IRS rules does not allow to make any changes and the money will remain with the administrator. they will make you lose patience that you want to forget that benefit be it medical, dental, fsa anything. they are incompetent. in this day and age why dont they have written correspondence.

Sorry, you are incorrect. I worked at Hewitt Associates and every single thing they do is outlined specifically by the pension plan of you company, not by Hewitt. If you're upset about the process, complain about the company you worked at, not Hewitt.
Kathy - I feel your pain! I have been trying to collect my deceased sister's pension benefits for nearly a year.
Hewitt says I'm entitled to the benefit (after six months of their "investigation") and have promised payment on several occassions.
Hewitt is so incompetent it is almost criminal. I'm trying to determine what agency, if any, regulates the likes of Hewitt - so far I haven't figured it out.
File a complaint with the SEC(security exchange commission). Their investigation should be able to uncover the root of the problem so it can be corrected.
If SEC proves to be ineffective, report SEC to your zip code's U.S. Congress representative.
If worse comes to worse, file a racketeering charge with the US federal court.
Most US court websites have pro se guidelines so you can proceed without an attorney.
NOTE: Problems with a US federal agency go to US congress. Problems with state agencies go to state congress representatives.
Good Luck!
